Building Community One Family at a Time
Membership: Join the Holmes PTA!
The Holmes PTA knows that we are only as strong as our members. Together, we are able to accomplish great things for the students of Holmes. By joining PTA, you gain a voice for your child and other students, as well as, a right to vote on any PTA action. Your $10.50 membership dues include $5.50 that is paid to the national and state PTAs - making you a member of those organizations as well.
To become a member, please download the membership form and return it to the front office or to your child's teacher. We strongly encourage you to join the PTA at the beginning of the school year, however please keep in mind that you can join at any time.
Opt in Pledge Drive
Every Holmes family has the opportunity to OPT IN to the Holmes Pledge Drive. There are several fundraising opportunities throughout the year to help support our active PTA. Some families choose to OPT IN with a pledge amount in lieu of participating in these fundraisers. Your donation is 100% tax deductible and every penny you contribute will directly benefit the students at Holmes. Our goal this year is to raise $10,000 in OPT IN in pledges. Please consider making a pledge, as your generosity will help to enrich the educational experience of all Holmes students.
If you have questions, please contact Christie Pearson-Wohlwend, VP of Membership, at cpearson@pointloma.edu
